■ Carriers

Orders are delivered by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

*Please note that we are unable to accept requests to choose the carrier or to specify a delivery date or time.

■ Shipping fees

• Shipping within Japan: Free (we cover the cost)

■ Delivery times

Once your payment has been confirmed, we ship according to the schedule below.

• In-stock items: Shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Made-to-order items: After confirming specifications and materials, we explain the lead time and delivery terms when we provide your quote.

*Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you the tracking number.

*Deliveries may arrive earlier or later than expected due to weather, traffic conditions or busy seasons.

■ Parcels returned due to extended absence or an incorrect address

If the carrier’s holding period (about 7 days from shipment) expires because of an incorrect delivery address, absence or similar reasons, the item will be returned to us.

In that case, the shipping cost of re-sending the item will be borne by the customer (payable on delivery), so please be sure to collect your parcel within the holding period.
