- Confirming details and sizeWe confirm the model, color, size and other details. We’ll let you know whether samples are available, and how.
- Quote and termsWe explain the price, lead time, payment method, delivery, and return and cancellation terms.
- Confirming your orderOnce you agree to the details, we’ll guide you through ordering and payment.
- Making and deliveryWe make your pair to the confirmed specifications and schedule, then deliver it to you.

We offer consultations online (Google Meet) or at our Asakusa Atelier. Please let us know your preferred format in the booking form.
