Buying and Consultations
Q. Which items can I buy online?
Only items and variants shown as in stock can be purchased directly from our online store. We currently sell OG Black in each size while stock lasts.
Q. Can I order other models or colors?
Yes, they’re available made to order, and you can also consult us at our Asakusa Atelier. Specifications, price, lead time, payment method, and return and cancellation terms are explained during your consultation and quote.
Q. I’m not sure which size to choose.
We can help through an online consultation or at our Asakusa Atelier, and we’ll advise you based on your needs, including whether samples are available and how.
Sizes and Prices
Q. What sizes are available?
We offer 24.0 / 24.5 / 25.0 / 25.5 / 26.0 / 26.5 / 27.0 cm. For details, please see our Size Guide.
Q. How much do your shoes cost?
From ¥77,000 (excl. tax). Because the price varies with the type of leather and specifications, made-to-order prices are set when we provide your quote.
Shipping and Returns
Q. When will my in-stock online order ship?
We ship within 3 business days after your payment is confirmed, and we’ll email you a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
In-stock items purchased from our online store may be returned only if unused and within 14 days of delivery. Please also contact us within the same period about any defects or incorrect deliveries. For details, please see our Refund Policy. Terms for made-to-order pairs are explained when we provide your quote.

Q. Where can I book a consultation?
You can choose a date and time for an online or Asakusa Atelier consultation from Made-to-Order Consultation & Booking.
